We refreshed the brand identity for Lo Yeti, an historic sports bar in the middle of the town of Cervinia, an institution for the people of the town, which for generations have gathered in there to watch sports games and have a pint with friends.

We maintained the main subject of the logo, a friendly yeti holding beers, but gave it a more modern and polished look. We took our style inspiration from American sports team logos and their mascotte, using thick strokes, contrasting colors, and bold typography, to make the new yeti a more “pop” version of its former self.

For the seasonal opening of the pub and the launch of the new identity, we designed this new hockey jersey, complete with logo, name and number on the back, on the Yeti color palette. Needless to say it was a huge success, and they went sold out in less than a week. Stay tuned for next season’s one!
