To celebrate its first 50 years of activity, the Hotel Hermitage in Cervinia has organized “Cene d’Autore”, three high-profile six-handed gastronomic events.
The protagonists of the evenings were some of the most illustrious chefs on the Italian culinary scene, who joined the brigade of the hotel’s executive chef Giovanni Porretto in proposing unique and refined dishes for more than a hundred guests.

sacrem.studio was in charge of narrating the event through dedicated photographic sets, so as to capture the essence of the evenings, from the aperitifs, to the preparations to the plating.
